What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-leverage opportunities for AI-enabled workflows across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and business operations.
• Design, build, and iterate prototypes that demonstrate measurable operational value and efficiency.
• Architect production-ready AI solutions and integrate them into Odoo ERP, engineering toolchains, and internal platforms.
• Define scalable system architectures, data flows, orchestration logic, and security strategies for long-term use.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to deploy, operationalize, and continuously improve AI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging commercial and open-source AI technologies to create operational leverage in a deep-tech environment.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in software engineering, AI/data engineering, or digital innovation.
• Proven track record of delivering AI-enabled solutions and prototypes in complex enterprise or engineering environments.
• Proficiency in programming and familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks, tooling, and deployment practices.
• Experience with data pipelines, cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP), and containerization/micro-services.
• Strong architectural mindset for designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other deep-tech environments.
• Experience integrating AI and automation capabilities into ERP or operational workflows.
