hirify.global is a technology startup founded in 2020, building Ojin, a real-time generative AI platform for developers.

What you will do

• Drive features and projects from abstract concepts to production deployment, taking ownership across UI/UX design, product logic, and technical implementation.
• Architect and build core web infrastructure using TypeScript, React, and Node.js, ensuring user-facing applications are responsive, intuitive, and robust.
• Develop and maintain Python backends for AI capabilities, including proxy services, agentic systems, and conversational AI flows.
• Design scalable backend systems, considering trade-offs around performance and scalability as the product evolves.
• Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and other engineers to shape the product roadmap and technical strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Startup experience is a must.
• Strong hands-on skills in Frontend (React, TypeScript) and Backend (Node.js, TypeScript).
• Proficient in Python and have experience or a strong ambition to build backend systems for AI agents and conversational interfaces.
• Enthusiastic about UI/UX, product design, and making trade-offs that benefit the customer.
• Professional fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Experience with WebRTC and WebSockets for real time applications.
• Experience with performance optimization for global, low latency systems.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC, AWS CDK) and AWS.
• Background in building developer tools, API platforms, or AI enabled products.
