Manager, Brand Design Engineering (Web3)

Location: Hybrid: Required to be in person twice a week at the New York City, NY office

Salary: $150,500 - $279,500

What you will do

• Design and build pre-login experiences, websites, and landing pages for GTM launch initiatives.
• Develop and maintain design systems for web and mobile platforms.
• Prototype in code using AI-assisted design tools and push high-fidelity work directly to production.
• Accelerate the design-to-deploy workflow to reduce handoff friction and increase ship velocity.
• Manage a small team of brand designers while maintaining a high visual bar across external surfaces.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a designer, frontend engineer, or UI/UX engineer with a portfolio of shipped work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Webflow, and Builder.io (or equivalent tools).
• Frontend fluency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience building high-fidelity prototypes, component libraries, and design system infrastructure.
• Must be located in New York City.
