• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to provide actionable client insights.
• Support transformation programs including omnichannel strategy and operational redesign.
• Contribute to project framing, client interviews, and the co-creation of recommendations.
• Operate in agile, multidisciplinary teams with exposure to C-level stakeholders.

• Around 4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or retail/consumer goods.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to bridge strategic vision with operational detail.
• Interest in data and AI-related topics and ability to build expertise in these areas.
• Must have existing work authorization for the Netherlands (no work permit provided).
