TL;DR
Retail Consultant (Consulting): Designing and delivering strategic transformation initiatives for leading retail and consumer brands with an accent on marketing, pricing, and operational models. Focus on conducting complex quantitative analyses, supporting omnichannel strategies, and driving value through data-driven insights in multidisciplinary teams.
Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Hybrid: remote, client site, or hubs in Amsterdam/Maastricht). Work permit for the Netherlands is required.

What you will do
- Develop brand positioning, portfolio strategies, and go-to-market models for retail clients.
- Support transformation programs including omnichannel strategy, pricing optimization, and operational redesign.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to generate actionable business insights.
- Collaborate on project framing, client interviews, and the co-creation of strategic recommendations.
- Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams with exposure to senior and C-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- Around 2 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategic role within retail/consumer goods.
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch.
- Must possess a valid work permit for the Netherlands.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to bridge strategic vision with operational execution.
- Interest in data and AI-related topics and their application in retail.
