What you will do

• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs to identify trends and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
• Define and prioritize short- and long-term improvement actions, including centralized tools and process enhancements.
• Coordinate internal resources and stakeholders across the EU to ensure successful and timely rollouts of solutions.
• Take full ownership of diverse projects from setup and ideation to progress oversight and outcome evaluation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for local Operations teams and other internal departments to clarify processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Practical experience in Business Development, Project Management, or Operations.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS-Excel and Google Sheets.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Must be based in Germany to utilize the remote work option.
• Organized mindset with the ability to build structure from the ground up.
