What you will do
- Take full ownership of budget allocation for traditional and digital media across two flagship brands in four key European markets.
- Lead and mentor an international team of 5–6 professionals, providing actionable feedback and fostering professional growth.
- Drive the end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact brand campaigns across TV, YouTube, Radio, and offline channels.
- Utilize media industry networks to secure effective offline marketing opportunities for customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Integrate data-driven insights into the brand media strategy to maximize traffic generation and advance key brand KPIs.
- Implement sophisticated measurement and attribution models (e.g., MMM, incrementality testing) to optimize media investments.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and optimizing complex online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing and mentoring high-performing marketing teams.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and hands-on experience with SQL and BigQuery for data analysis.
- Mastery of advanced measurement and attribution methodologies, including causal uplift and geo-split analysis.
- Demonstrated success in media planning for streaming and digital video platforms like Amazon Prime, Netflix, and YouTube.
- Experience with programmatic media buying, data-driven audience targeting, and cross-channel integrations.
Nice to have
- In-depth expertise and fluency in the French or German media markets.
- Hands-on experience with DV360 and/or Amazon Video Advertising platforms.
