What you will do

• Set up and expand business operations based on regional market potential.
• Train District Sales Managers (DSM) on the Indodana financing system.
• Manage relationships with existing merchants and acquire new traditional or modern merchants.
• Monitor daily DSM activities and optimize promoter placement for maximum productivity.
• Analyze market conditions and develop regional expansion plans.
• Collaborate with outsourcing vendors to fulfill manpower needs in the designated area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Branch Head in a similar field.
• Strong leadership skills and a sales-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Possess valid driving licenses (A and C).
• Ability to handle recruitment, sales management, and risk assessment.
