TL;DR

Junior Booking & Operations Coordinator: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, including travel and meeting room bookings, invoice review, and office management across front and back office. Focus on accurate coordination of expenses, event and credit card reconciliation, and supporting relocation and learning budget processes in a fast-moving international environment.

What you will do

  • Coordinate business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, trains) and support travel-related expenses.
  • Manage the educational budget, including learning platform subscriptions, language courses, conference requests, and reimbursements.
  • Review and support employee relocation requests and reimbursement processes.
  • Control and approve team event budgets; book and coordinate meeting rooms and internal events.
  • Monitor and reconcile corporate credit card payments; review invoices and support payment processing.
  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to ensure smooth office and company routine.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) or Google Workspace.
  • English: professional level (written and spoken).
  • Previous administrative or office support experience is a plus.
