What you will do

• Launch new offices, D-Hubs, and coworking spaces, including sourcing, lease negotiation, and setup.
• Provide operational support for existing offices, managing maintenance, repairs, and vendor SLAs.
• Manage local vendors and contractors through tenders, quotations, and quality control.
• Coordinate operational contracts, renewals, and KYC documentation with Legal and Finance.
• Support regional budgeting, including OPEX tracking and payment coordination with FP&A.
• Maintain operational trackers and reports using Google Sheets and Jira.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations or workplace management, specifically with office launches.
• Experience working with international teams and handling operational budgeting.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Jira.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Cairo, Egypt (Onsite).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French for Francophone markets (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Lebanon).
• Familiarity with MENA region legislation, KYC/AML, and cultural context.
• Experience with Zip, NetSuite, or similar tools.
