What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Mentor, support, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local merchants.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor coverage areas and sales performance.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and territories.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Excellent communication and marketing skills, including social media.
