What you will do

• Support Equipment Engineering, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing teams with sustaining tasks.
• Resolve equipment issues to improve uptime and product quality using OCAPs.
• Monitor KPIV and KPOV to detect and act on abnormalities in equipment condition.
• Perform equipment evaluations and lead yield and product quality improvement projects.
• Minimize machine downtime through effective troubleshooting on the production line to ensure productivity targets.
• Contribute to equipment improvements to ensure OEE targets are met.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Automation/PLC Programming).
• Hands-on experience in Preventive Maintenance (PM) or Equipment Repair in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong skills in machine troubleshooting, parameter setting, and machine qualification.
• Knowledge of basic statistical tools and data analysis (7QC Tools).
• Ability to work on shift hours.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Johor, Malaysia.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of Pneumatics, Sensors, and Electrical parts.
• Proficiency in specific industrial equipment used by the employer.
