What you will do

• Design, own, and deliver the enterprise metadata roadmap.
• Lead the configuration, rollout, and value realisation of Collibra and Unity Catalog.
• Enable effective delivery of Data Governance and Data Quality outcomes through metadata tooling.
• Promote metadata tooling value through data forums, workshops, and demos.
• Optimize and automate data governance processes to support major data migrations and business integrations.

Requirements

• Specialist expertise in Collibra (cataloguing and lineage) and Databricks Unity Catalog.
• Proven experience designing and executing delivery roadmaps focused on purposeful outcomes.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business outcomes and value.
• Deep understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality best practices.
• Experience coaching junior stakeholders and influencing Data Owners and Stewards.
• Must be based in the UK.
