What you will do

• Develop equipment and processes aligned with the product roadmap.
• Implement new technologies to improve mass production support.
• Collaborate with Process and Quality Engineers to resolve production challenges.
• Execute PDI development to optimize quality and cost.
• Create and maintain machine troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in applying engineering tools and statistical methods.
• Fluent English communication (listening, speaking, writing, reading)

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D modeling and simulation using Solidworks and ANSYS.
• Knowledge of software development in C#.
