What you will do

• Own partner sales targets for the assigned area.
• Conduct 5 POS visits every day and ensure the program runs effectively to meet targets.

• Monitor daily activities of field teams at partners.
• Deliver field team training and refreshment training with partners (offline/online).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor in the smartphone and electronics retail industry.
• Strong retail industry network.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work with a high degree of mobility.
• Ability to maintain strong relationships with the client’s sales force.
