What you will do

• Build and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders at major financial institutions.
• Collaborate with internal product, delivery, and marketing teams to design tailored enterprise-grade solutions.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million-dollar SaaS contracts.
• Serve as the voice of the client to influence product roadmaps and strategic direction.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive account expansion and profitability.
• Represent hirify.global as a trusted advisor, staying ahead of industry trends in analytics and decisioning.

Requirements

• Must be based in Indonesia with willingness to travel up to 50% for client interactions.
• Proven senior-level experience in managing strategic relationships with executives in large financial institutions.
• Track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise SaaS deals.
• Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, or consumer lending.
• Ability to craft and execute joint business plans aligned with client and company objectives.
• Strong collaborative leadership skills and ability to maintain effectiveness under pressure.
