What you will do

• Achieve area sales targets and maintain strong relationships with merchant PICs through daily visits.
• Manage, monitor, and lead a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters, overseeing their daily activities.
• Ensure the correct placement of POP promotional materials within stores.
• Coordinate with partner operational teams to gather intelligence on sales, competitors, and field issues.
• Conduct field team training and refreshment sessions for promoters to ensure performance.

Requirements

• At least Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related sales field.
• Must be based in Medan, Indonesia.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and geographic areas.
• Good communication and social media marketing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, with the ability to work shifting schedules.

Nice to have

• Specialization in Sales within Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.).
