What you will do

• Handle insurance recoupment and reconciliation, communicating with providers and members via call and email.
• Adjudicate claims according to benefit policies and strict SOPs to meet financial and procedural accuracy targets.
• Perform insurance claims assessment and review approved claims to make necessary adjustments.
• Generate daily claim process documentation and prepare documents for the payer.
• Investigate claims through liaison parties to determine eligibility.
• Prepare regular claim reports and maintain daily call and claim logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience handling insurance claims in a broker insurance company.
• Experience managing e-commerce insurance inquiries.
• Excellent knowledge of insurance policy and claim procedures, preferably in shipping, travel, gadget, or retail insurance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
• Detail-oriented with strong analysis and communication skills.
