Salary: $120,000 – $160,000

An insurtech platform utilizing an Agentic Insurance system and AI to proactively assess and manage professional liability risks for small businesses.

What you will do

  • Conduct accurate and timely investigations into coverage, liability, and damages for assigned claims.
  • Manage claims to ensure the most timely and cost-effective resolutions.
  • Maintain productive working relationships with policyholders, brokers, carrier partners, and Risk Engineers.
  • Direct and monitor assignments to experts and outside counsel, holding vendors accountable to service standards.
  • Provide user-level feedback to Data and Engineering teams to improve claim handling processes and systems.
  • Identify and escalate emerging claims trends across various industries and geographies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, with 2+ years litigating or managing claims in EPL, Miscellaneous Professional, D&O, or E&O Liability.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; JD or professional designations (RPLU, AIC, etc.) highly preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain required state claim adjuster licenses within 90 days of hire.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs Editors suite within a paperless environment.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10-15%.
