What you will do

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
• Coordinate end-to-end reconciliations across PSPs, bank statements, and internal systems.
• Analyze and resolve reconciliation breaks related to fees, FX, and settlements.
• Act as the primary liaison with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
• Assist Finance with audit requests and Treasury with settlement-related coordination.
• Identify inefficiencies in reconciliation and reporting workflows to drive process improvements.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in finance operations, reconciliation, accounting support, or FinTech.
• Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong hands-on experience with high-volume financial data and reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of financial closing processes and audit support requirements.
• Technical proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills for acting as a cross-functional point of contact.
