What you will do
- Support hosts with property management across channels like Booking.com and Airbnb.
- Assist guests with booking inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Communicate with partners to resolve booking process issues.
- Act as the voice of the customer by reporting requirements and issues to the product team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer satisfaction metrics.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Account Management teams.
Requirements
- Italian: Near-native proficiency required.
- English: Fluent proficiency required.
- Must belong to Categorie Protette (L. 68/99).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on weekends with flexible scheduling.
- Customer-focused mindset with a team-oriented attitude.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in customer service or the hotel industry.
- Fluency in German or other European languages.
