Location: Must be based in Malta (Hybrid role). No visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Deliver customer support in Dutch and English via LiveChat, email, and telephone.
  • Guide players through website and mobile app platforms to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with Player Safety, Payments, and CRM departments to maintain a safe gambling environment.
  • Identify and report non-compliance incidents promptly to management.
  • Contribute to team projects and provide feedback on customer experiences to drive service improvements.
  • Adhere to all Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Must be based in Malta; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of basic internet and technical concepts.
  • Reliable team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
