What you will do
- Deliver customer support in Dutch and English via LiveChat, email, and telephone.
- Guide players through website and mobile app platforms to ensure a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with Player Safety, Payments, and CRM departments to maintain a safe gambling environment.
- Identify and report non-compliance incidents promptly to management.
- Contribute to team projects and provide feedback on customer experiences to drive service improvements.
- Adhere to all Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) obligations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Must be based in Malta; no visa sponsorship available.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of basic internet and technical concepts.
- Reliable team player with a customer-oriented mindset.
