What you will do

  • Resolve client and partner requests for booking cancellations or changes via CRM.
  • Provide expert advice on bookings and travel products to clients.
  • Communicate with suppliers, hotels, and clients through email and phone.
  • Utilize internal databases and CRM systems for efficient operation management.

Requirements

  • English proficiency: Upper Intermediate (B2) spoken and written.
  • Strong soft skills including empathy, stress-resistance, and politeness.
  • Ability to learn quickly and maintain a results-oriented approach.
  • Access to a functioning computer and microphone.

  • Knowledge of the travel business and booking systems.
