• Collaborate with Player Safety, Payments, and CRM departments to ensure a safe gambling experience.
• Contribute to team projects and identify innovative practices to improve support activities.
• Provide feedback on customer experiences to advocate for user needs.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is essential.
• Must be based in Gibraltar; no visa sponsorship available.
