What you will do

• Design and define visual guidelines and master templates for CRM.
• Advise on the visual identity of content for emails, SMS, apps, paid/social media, and loyalty programs.
• Create content assets, including illustrations, icons, and logos, within existing guidelines.
• Visualize strategies and customer journeys to ensure a cohesive visual experience.
• Collaborate with Experience Strategists and Account Directors to execute digital experiences from ideation to approval.

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience within an advertising or in-house agency.
• High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to create animated presentations in PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools, such as Claude, and prompting.
• High degree of fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.
• Ability to work from the London office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Background in illustration, conceptual design, or brand design.
