TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (Automotive): Crafting and optimizing mobile-first digital experiences for a leading automotive client with an accent on user-centric design, mobile usability, and seamless integration into the customer journey. Focus on translating complex automotive functionalities into intuitive interfaces, conducting mobile-specific user research, and collaborating within a cross-functional App Operations team.
Location: Must be based in Poznan, Poland (Hybrid: 4 days/week in office).
Compensation: 110 - 150 PLN per hour (B2B).

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for mobile applications on iOS and Android.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Conduct mobile-specific user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and high-fidelity implementation.
- Contribute to and advocate for mobile-first design systems and accessibility standards.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poznan, Poland and available for hybrid work.
- Must be available until 18:00 PL time for collaboration with the UK team.
- Proven track record as a Senior UX/UI Designer with a focus on mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end mobile design processes.
- High proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
- Experience in conducting mobile-specific user research and synthesizing findings.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience designing for the automotive sector or other highly regulated industries.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific guidelines (Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Google Material Design).
