• Drive the transition of the design system from Figma into production and future processes.
• Provide leadership in design systems, setting direction and driving successful execution.
• Balance long-term systems thinking with immediate product requirements.

Requirements

• Proven ability to define strategy and drive execution for a design system.
• Experience balancing high-level systems thinking with product delivery.
• Expertise in Figma for design system management.
• Must be based in a supported EMEA country of residence.
