What you will do

• Own the entire design lifecycle from early discovery and hypothesis formation through to UI and developer handoff.
• Translate product requirements into UX flows, user stories, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
• Formulate and test hypotheses related to user behavior, engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Conduct UX/UI audits to identify and resolve usability, accessibility, and clarity issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible and measurable.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer on B2C or mobile products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and libraries.
• Ability to structure ambiguity: current state → user pain → hypothesis → future state.
• Experience utilizing product metrics to drive and improve UX.
• Portfolio showcasing previous mobile/B2C work.
