What you will do

• Translate complex user needs and business goals into intuitive experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Develop user flows, interaction models, wireframes, and polished visual designs.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI component libraries to ensure coherence across products.
• Lead user research and competitor analysis to uncover insights and validate design strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure design intent is carried through to implementation.
• Mentor team members and promote design best practices to raise overall quality within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
• Must be based in Tallinn, Estonia.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Experience delivering mobile-first and responsive web experiences.
• Solid front-end development experience to effectively prototype and collaborate with engineers.
• English: Proficiency required for stakeholder management and defending design decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and design workflows.
• Ability to establish AI-enabled design practices within the product team.
