Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Teams are in the office an average of four days a week

What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of social brand, content, and campaign strategies for a major client portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, planning, data, and creative to integrate social into broader plans.
- Guide senior clients through strategic recommendations, challenging assumptions to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Identify and leverage cultural and social insights to inform strategic recommendations and maintain brand relevance.
- Monitor and share knowledge on platform updates and competitor trends across channels like TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent brand voice and identity across all social touchpoints.
Requirements
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social strategies for large brands.
- Must be based in or able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
- Strong understanding of diverse social platforms and emerging technologies.
- Ability to translate complex social data and insights into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for senior-level stakeholders.
- Professional experience in a social strategy role within an advertising/marketing agency or client team.
