What you will do
- Collate, analyze, and process high volumes of social-first performance and audience data.
- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance and always-on social activity.
- Distill complex data into clear insights, strategic recommendations, and actionable next steps.
- Create performance narratives that translate results into meaningful business impact.
- Build and maintain social dashboards for real-time performance visibility.
- Develop client-specific reporting frameworks and measurement approaches across brands and markets, and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Significant experience in social listening, social intelligence, and digital analytics, using insights to shape strategy and drive impact.
- Strong knowledge of social intelligence and analytics platforms for listening, audience research, trend identification, and measurement.
- Deep understanding of social media metrics, reporting methodologies, and platform analytics tools.
- Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks for efficient performance tracking.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with confidence presenting findings to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience analyzing insights across multiple regions and global markets.
- Hands-on experience with social intelligence/analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Pulsar, GWI, or NetBase.
- Exposure to paid social performance and how organic and paid channels work together.
- Understanding of emerging technologies and AI tools for social measurement and reporting.
