What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of creative-focused projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-through on action items.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and clients.
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Design, Production, and QA.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in creative, advertising, or digital agency environments.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must be based in San José, Costa Rica and able to work on-site 5 days per week.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and delivery frameworks.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Agency experience working with global or enterprise-level clients.
• Experience collaborating directly with Creative Directors and Production teams.
