Salary: $120,000–$130,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and manage a prioritized growth roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Build and operate a rigorous experimentation framework across digital commerce and retail channels.
• Partner with agencies and retail platform partners to create customer-specific marketing plans.
• Optimize digital presence, including landing pages and PDP content, to improve conversion rates and sales.
• Establish KPI frameworks and performance reporting to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
• Monitor growth performance across channels to proactively identify risks and emerging trends.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• 4-7 years of experience in retail media, performance marketing, eCommerce, or omnichannel growth.
• Demonstrated track record of driving measurable growth in conversion, velocity, or ROAS.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, and Commercial teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Analytics.

• Experience in CPG or beverage industries.
• Strong background in omnichannel retail environments.
