What you will do

• Develop and maintain microservice APIs throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-shore and cross-functional Agile teams in scrums and sprints.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production defects to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Participate in innovation events and hackathons to shape the future of payments.
• Design elegant, testable, and scalable code to handle billions of transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or High School Diploma with 2+ years of Java, Spring, and Spring Boot experience).
• Experience building and consuming SOAP and REST web services.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no sponsorship provided.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira, Bitbucket, and Continuous Integration (CI) environments.
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests.
• Experience with JSON and XML based web services.
• Experience utilizing AI tools.
