What you will do

• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Components, and Visualforce to support business requirements.
• Adapt and update Salesforce architecture to maintain operational continuity and support business growth.
• Implement and deploy new applications and updates across release cycles.
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure system stability.
• Lead UAT testing and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure system acceptance.
• Enforce coding standards and maintain technical documentation for system architecture and APIs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development.
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer.
• Knowledge of Data Cloud architecture.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to accelerate development.
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, SQL, Java or C++, and REST/SOAP web services.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with developing on cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
