Salary: $102,300 - $139,000

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and services.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs with databases and cloud services.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from technical design to deployment and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to security standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have lived in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years to pass public trust clearance.
- 4+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Experience with RESTful API development and JPA/Hibernate.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or 4 additional years of relevant experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience supporting federal or regulated environments.
