What you will do

• Contribute to features that simplify daily life for families across multiple product teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to solve meaningful problems.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Integrate AI-powered features into existing platforms to enhance user experience.
• Participate in a rotational capacity to gain exposure across different engineering domains.
• Operate within an agile SDLC, shipping code to production through continuous delivery motions.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States
• 5+ years of professional Java development experience
• Deep knowledge of relational databases and Hibernate
• Strong experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot
• Proven ability to deliver software from inception to production
• Proficiency in AI-assisted development workflows and architectural exploration

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with Confluent Cloud (Kafka)
• Experience with Atlassian CI/CD tools
• Background in family or legal technology environments
