Salary: $164,000 – $213,000 Annual

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, cloud-native data platforms using AWS, GCP, and Snowflake.
• Lead data engineering development, including ETL workflows leveraging Qlik Talend and Python.
• Develop AI capabilities and MLOps frameworks for advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
• Establish data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks following HIPAA, GxP, and GDPR standards.
• Create technology roadmaps aligned with R&D, clinical, and commercial analytics requirements.
• Optimize data ingestion and query performance to ensure cost-effective data processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or Technology.
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, cloud computing, and data engineering.
• Expertise in Snowflake, Talend, Qlik, AWS, and GCP.
• Must have experience in biopharma, life sciences, or healthcare with knowledge of regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Spark.

Nice to have

• Snowflake, Talend, or GCP Professional Data Engineer certifications.
• Experience with commercial systems like Veeva CRM or Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik Sense.
