What you will do

• Own the full post-sale customer relationship for key biopharma accounts as the primary point of contact.
• Establish a regular cadence of customer check-ins to proactively surface insights and flag risks.
• Translate customer feedback and requests into a consolidated backlog of actionable product feature requests.
• Prepare and deliver data-driven insight packages and polished presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Build lightweight AI-assisted tools and automations to streamline customer reporting and manual effort.
• Collaborate with BD and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver customer-informed improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, solutions, forward-deployed engineering, or product management.
• Experience in biopharma, healthtech, or a data-driven B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage senior stakeholder relationships at large organizations.
• Strong data fluency with proficiency in SQL or Python for pulling and packaging insights.
• AI-native workflow and comfort building lightweight solutions without heavy engineering support.
• Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with rare diseases, genetics, or the biopharma drug development lifecycle.
• Experience with patient-facing or healthcare data platforms.
• Formal product management experience or ownership of a customer-facing tool.
