What you will do

• Develop and maintain program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints.
• Perform monthly status updates for Program and Master Schedules.
• Conduct Critical Path and Earned Value analysis.
• Ensure data integrity through the proper use of program-level standard codes, layouts, and reports.
• Serve as a primary liaison between project teams, department leadership, and the project controls group.
• Perform regular Program Schedule QA/QC reviews and prepare management reports.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 7-10 years of professional experience in construction program management or public works project management.
• Proficiency with MS Project Online.
• Formal knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
• Familiarity with all phases of public works infrastructure projects, from planning to post-construction.
• Must be based onsite at the client site in Alhambra, CA.

Nice to have

• Five years of specific public works project scheduling experience.
• Familiarity with civil public works construction equipment, means, and methods.
• Proficiency with PowerBI queries and reports.
