What you will do

• Lead budget management and cost planning to ensure alignment with approved cost commitment schedules.
• Review and validate general contractor and developer estimates based on industry best practices.
• Manage end-to-end change management, including logging, forecasting, and reporting impact on cost and schedule.
• Oversee project cost reporting, cash flow forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Manage payment applications, invoice reviews, and GMP audits for contract compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams and vendors to support funding requests and financial workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project cost controls or commercial management for large-scale construction programs.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting data center, mission-critical, or hyperscale infrastructure projects.
• Must be based in the USA to support a hybrid work model.
• Proficiency with enterprise cost management and reporting systems.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically with hyperscale data center programs.
• PMI-SP, PSP, or PMP certification.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Experience with owner-side cost reporting and governance.
