Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide Tier 2 application and database support for enterprise systems, performing root cause analysis for production incidents.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to identify system enhancements and operational improvements.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance using SQL queries and scripts.
• Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine operational and data management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers throughout the SDLC to document functional requirements.
• Support the modernization of legacy ColdFusion applications and maintain system documentation.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Work onsite in Alexandria, VA, 5 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in systems analysis, application support, or database support.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe ColdFusion and CFML.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal government systems and programs.
• Expertise in Microsoft technologies including .Net Core, ASP.NET, C#, and Entity Framework.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
• Relevant technical certifications or an advanced degree.
