Portfolio Manager (Unified Communications)

What you will do

• Assess and prioritize new feature requests and initiatives based on business value, risk, and delivery impact.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and blockers to ensure readiness for delivery.
• Develop and improve delivery operating models, governance routines, and standards.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards for roadmap health, milestones, and resource capacity.
• Coach delivery teams and Scrum Masters to enhance planning and execution discipline.
• Facilitate governance forums and track documented decisions and actions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, or PMO Leadership.
• Proven track record in SaaS, cloud communications, or telecommunications environments.
• Strong expertise in portfolio governance, roadmap planning, and capacity planning.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

• Experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, VoIP, or SIP Trunking.
• Certifications such as SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), CSM, or PSM.
• Experience supporting global product and engineering organizations.
