Salary: $128,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the implementation and support of Microsoft Teams Voice services across 800+ locations.
• Configure and maintain advanced voice features including dial plans, e911, call queues, and auto-attendants.
• Manage development and test lab environments to validate VoIP devices and hardware.
• Integrate telephony systems with enterprise workflows and ITSM platforms like Jira.
• Apply and maintain STIGs, manage vulnerability scanning, and ensure PKI/certificate validity.
• Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for complex telephony issues and coordinate resolution across stakeholders.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must possess an active TS clearance and be willing to obtain SCI access and pass a CI polygraph.
• Must be onsite 5 days a week in Washington, D.C.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise telephony or unified communications.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams Voice, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and SBCs.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

Nice to have

• Experience migrating from legacy PBX to Microsoft Teams Voice.
• Familiarity with government cybersecurity frameworks such as STIGs, FISMA, and NIST.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate.
