Salary: $330,000 - $380,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Source and close first-of-a-kind commercial agreements, framework deals, and global MoUs with Tier-1 SIs.
• Define the multi-practice value proposition and align SI executive leadership on joint delivery margins.
• Recruit and develop Tier-1 SI partners with credible AI practices and client access in target verticals.
• Design and own the FDE certification covering inference, fine-tuning pipelines (SFT), and RLHF.
• Embed Fireworks into SI practice playbooks and internal solution frameworks as the default inference layer.
• Develop joint innovation content and case studies with specific, attributable outcomes.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience across top-tier consulting, enterprise technology, or AI/ML vendor roles.
• Proven track record of closing non-standard strategic agreements with major GSIs.
• Deep working knowledge of GSI internal operations, practice formation, and CoE funding.
• Fluency in the ML stack sufficient to design technical enablement (fine-tuning, inference, deployment).
• Demonstrated experience building 0-to-1 programs or functions.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Previous experience within the AI practice of a leading GSI or MBB firm.
• Hands-on post-training experience with SFT, RL, or RLHF in delivery or program management.
• Existing relationships at the practice lead or delivery principal level within major SI AI practices.
