What you will do

• Define, document, and maintain manufacturing test processes, procedures, and specifications.
• Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and provide technical support for Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Develop comprehensive manufacturing test plans and factory product commissioning strategies.
• Define and execute automated test equipment (ATE) strategies, including vendor engagement and validation.
• Lead root cause analysis and PFMEA to improve quality, yield, and cost efficiency in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with China-based factories and global engineering teams to ensure standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience in manufacturing test engineering, validation, or industrialization.
• Strong hands-on experience with FAT, SAT, and factory commissioning.
• Solid understanding of PFMEA, control plans, and quality systems.
• Experience working with China-based factories, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.
• Ability to travel domestically within China and occasionally internationally.
