Electrical Engineer (High-Voltage E-Vehicles)

What you will do

• Draw high-voltage system circuit diagrams and 3D layouts, compile technical specifications and design reports.
• Design interfaces and collaborate on high-voltage systems including BMS, TMS, and motor inverters for compatibility.
• Develop safety strategies like insulation protection, HVIL, overvoltage protection, and impulse power failure compliance.
• Handle EMC design, testing, and rectification to meet standards.
• Create high-voltage test plans, coordinate execution, investigate issues, analyze data, and optimize designs.
• Track regulations/standards updates, support certifications (GB/T, CE), and handle assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering/Vehicle Engineering.
• More than 5 years experience developing high-voltage electrical systems for e-vehicles.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, E3 for schematics/harnesses, SolidWorks for 3D layouts.
• Familiar with high-voltage testing standards/methods, test plans, troubleshooting, and corrective measures.
• Familiar with EN1175, ISO 20898, and compliant design awareness.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, communication, team collaboration; resilient under pressure.
• Good English reading skills for technical documents/standards.
• Occasional business trips or training abroad.
