TL;DR

Learning & Development Business Partner (HR): Driving the Frontline Learning & Development agenda and delivering training programs for field, sales, and leadership with an accent on technical competence development and subcontractor certifications. Focus on managing apprentice programs, optimizing LMS workflows, and consulting with business leaders to align L&D services with strategic goals.

What you will do

  • Drive the Frontline L&D agenda in collaboration with business leaders and HR.
  • Deliver technical and non-technical training programs for field, sales, and leadership.
  • Manage subcontractor training, safety certifications, and apprentice programs.
  • Administer training campaigns via Workday LMS and manage internal trainer networks.
  • Lead learning projects, such as induction renewal, and provide learning consultancy.
  • Monitor training KPIs, data accuracy, and manage the Local Training Center.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in engineering, safety, technical, or behavioral science, or 5+ years of L&D experience in a technical/field context.
  • Knowledge of adult education principles and experience as a trainer.
  • Experience working within a multinational, matrix organization.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • English: Excellent command (C1+) required.
