What you will do
- Guide leaders and employees on company policies, values, and HR programs to ensure consistent application.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance employee experience, talent growth, and development.
- Coach and train managers on effective communication, feedback, and recognition strategies.
- Devise and execute strategies to maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
- Oversee the employee handbook, culture playbook, and performance management processes.
- Partner with Recruiting and Marketing teams to promote the company culture and employer brand.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore as this is an onsite role.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 10+ years of experience as an HRBP, preferably in product, engineering, or high-tech/financial services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, and employee relations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.
