What you will do

• Advise customers on application development, deployment, modernization, migration, and technology transformation.
• Assess business needs and document use cases, requirements, process flows, and functional and nonfunctional specifications.
• Help customers select, customize, and implement packaged applications and enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, project managers, vendors, and technical subject matter experts on design and implementation.
• Analyze compatibility, operating system, hardware, data conversion, training, cost, schedule, and quality considerations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in application development and deployment.
• 5+ years of experience in application migration and modernization.
• 5+ years of experience with application architecture, middleware, and data.
• Knowledge of BI, database principles, programming fundamentals, SQL, hardware and software, operating systems, and networking.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methods, service architecture, and enterprise cloud integration.
• Ability to influence, collaborate, and build relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• SaaS application implementation experience with platforms such as Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, or Lawson.
• Experience with application modernization tools such as CAST.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps processes.
• Experience quantifying risks and developing mitigation and remediation strategies.
